His fastball is up ~2 mph with ~2” more iVB and HB. The slider is up 1.1 mph while generating an extra inch of depth. Small sample, but he’s an arm to watch. Racked up 11 whiffs and 4 Ks over 2.0 perfect innings tonight.

The field umpire ruled that Nico Hoerner blocked Oneil Cruz’s path to the base on this SB attempt. Nico argued he didn’t slide over until after securing the throw. Looked like a clear lane and should’ve been a caught stealing, in my opinion.
