This year marks 60 years since we last won a GOLD medal in the 4x100m relay race at the Commonwealth Games. I met up with one of the men who run for Ghana that day to talk me through what it was like at the time. Relay team: James Addy, Ebenezer Addy, Kwesi Mends and Stanley Fabian Allotey. 🇬🇭
