I watched Kwankwaso's interview this morning and there is nothing anymore would say that will make change my mind: Peter Obi has used his two legs to voluntarily walk into trouble prepared for him by some unforseen forces. From that interview, anyone could tell that Kwankwaso couldn't be bothered about the de-deregistration of NDC. Again, in this video, look at how unconcerned he looks, also watch Dickson's body language; both of them appeared relaxed, calm and it appears as if it is only Obi who is wailing and lamenting. It is obvious, the script is playing out perfectly; they were stringing Obi all along. First, they wanted to trap him inside ADC but he dodged, only to end up in NDC, and suddenly the trap was sprung and Obi is finally caged. At this point, he can't go anywhere else again.

“In what way are the Igbos marginalized? They want to govern Nigeria but they want to play politics their own way; play politics of exclusion, create your ethnic based party, vote for your own ethnicity and expecting other to also vote the same way without building bridges. MKO Abiola, a southerner defeated Bashir Tofa in his hometown of Kano because he played politics of inclusion. He embraced everyone east, north and everywhere. That's how politics is played."

Names of 136 Nigerian inmates involved in the Nigerian-Ethiopian Prisoner Transfer Agreement facilitated by Nigeria's Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mrs Bianca Ojukwu. Politics apart, jokes apart. I love Nigeria and it's people, irrespective of where they come from. So, I'll say this without fear of contradiction and also, from a genuine patriotic standpoint; it is alarming and concerning that about 99% of the inmates are from one particular ethnicity. This speaks volumes about that ethnicity, and I think the leaders from that region should pause to reflect more on the current state of affairs in Igboland. Something fundamental has shifted in Igboland; so I'm quoting Chinua Achebe's three great textbooks to buttress my opinion. "Things Have fallen Apart, The Center can no Longer Hold, and The Land is no Longer at Ease". The Ethiopian inmates list is not an isolated one; you can go to Malaysia, China, South Africa or any random destination Nigerians love to visit, you'll find more individuals from that same ethnicity as prison inmates in all those countries. As Chimamada Ngozi Adichie rightly pointed out, "this is not who we are." I also know that Ndigbo have not always been like this. They were largely, and till today, still a people who believes in the dignity of honesty, integrity and hardwork. Therefore, my appeal to Ndigbo leaders of thoughts, elders and young adults with conscience is to do something urgently to address this growing menace before it becomes too late and irredeemable. This post is not political, it is not to mock or ridicule Igbo people. Certainly, other ethnicities have their own fair share of criminals. However, when it comes to international crime, it is not an understatement to say that the southeast region dwarfs other region on a scale. My overall message is that we as a nation must address and confront this dark malaise (local and international crimes) frankly, truthfully, objectively, with love and understanding. To underscore this final point, permit me to end this short right-up with this famous Bible qoute "Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people." May God bless Nigeria.
