BJP made OBC Commission a constitutional body in 2018. Here Modi is blaming Congress for never doing it. He says he has suffered as OBC. Btw his caste was put in OBC list by Congress in 1994. Mandal commision broke the back of "Hindu-unity" in real sense. Modi is doubling down.
