Today, I launched the Canada Critical Minerals Accelerator — our new $2B fund to get critical minerals projects built faster. The Accelerator’s first move is an injection of $400m and a potential offtake in Teck's Trail Operations in B.C. Trail is expanding to produce more of the germanium, antimony and gallium Canada and the world needs for defence, manufacturing, and clean energy. This is smart public investment that will pay returns for Canadians. Let's get building. 🇨🇦
