In this clip from the Sky doc on the #Salisbury poisonings, Rowley says he decided to give Dawn the perfume he had found almost four months previously. She "sprayed it, gave it a sniff, and applied it on her wrists". He, too, must have smelled it as he said it had no odour. 1/2

In this clip from the Sky programme about the #Salisbury poisonings, Charlie Rowley seems to have a clear memory of finding the bottle of #novichok that allegedly killed Dawn Sturgess. Note that he seems well: without permanent injury after he spilled neurotoxin on himself. 1/4
