Did Proctor just admit to a dirty investigation? Last night on 20/20, Proctor said the moment he knew John was hit by Karen's SUV was at the hospital when he saw that John only had on one shoe. He knows from experience that if the other shoe is on the street, that is likely the point of impact, meaning he was hit by a car on the street. The problem with that statement is that Michael Proctor went to the hospital to see John at 1pm. At that time, he had not yet visited the crime scene. He had no idea where the other shoe was, and for all he knew, the shoe was inside the house. He then had Karen's SUV towed from Dighton at 4:30pm. The other shoe wasn't found on the street until 6pm by the SERT team. So, he knew at 1pm that at 6 pm, they would find the other shoe on the street, amd he should have Karen's SUV towed an hour and a half earlier so they have the vehicle in custody??? OK, got it.

Did Higgins help Caitlin get Chloe out of the house? SBenigno-IDBH noticed today that Higgins slipped when asked which car he took home. He answered "Jeep Cherokee" and then quickly corrected himself to say "Wrangler". Why would he say Cherokee if he didn't own one? Some thoughts... - Caitlin Albert owned a Jeep Cherokee - Initial reports had Caitlin being the first to leave 34 FV, then updated reports have her leaving last. - Maybe the reason Tristan wouldn't state any times is because he wasn't there to pick her up? - Higgins claimed he left 34 FV around 12:30-12:45 but didn't get to Canton PD until 1:30am. - Where is the 45-60min of missing time? - Well, Caitlin and Tristan lived in Easton which I believe is about 45-50 min round trip to 34 FV.
