During Vikram-1's S3 and OAM separation, we were probably really close to having a failure event. S3 appears to bump back into and stays perilously close to OAM (tail-off thrust) + OAM doesn't maintain proper attitude during coast phase. Thankfully it still made it to orbit. 1/2
