More cow chow going in. Really a fairly comfortable day to sit on the 1370. Feet just get hot after about an hour.

Biggest pain in the ass to date to move. Hard to believe that’s been 4 years. Now “Arnie” is a permanent resident of the machinery lot. Just goes to show how fast an $875 purchase can go wrong.

Bye, bye irrigation canal. Been a long time coming to put this whole deal together but we are so close to being able to swing a 1260’ pivot 180° instead of laying out 4000’ of 8” gated pipe. We cleaned out the old railroad right of way almost three years ago and now the old ditch is finally coming down. Won’t be long and there will be a Reinke pivot standing here. Of course it’s right along Highway 383 east of Long Island so I’m sure everyone is speculating about what we are up to.
