Former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin and his wife Glenna adopted Jonah, a Sub-Saharan African boy, in 2012 when he was five. In October 2023 he was charged again with assaulting and threatening to kill a family member during a fight with his father at home. The family paid for residential programs, tutors, and medical care. Jonah refused to follow the rules or stay in those programs. As an adult he faced felony charges of aggravated assault, drug possession, and lying to police. Now he is in court demanding retroactive child support, a cash grab through lawyers exploiting the racial alien after years of the family trying to handle his violence, substance abuse, and criminal record privately. Matt Bevin was arrested and sentenced to 60 days because he refused to keep providing financial documents to an activist family court judge who insisted on making everything public instead of letting the family handle it privately.
