My guess is that Tesla is planning for a big splash launch day media event of the Cybercab in Austin. Dozens of CCs will be embarking for pickups from a huge parking lot all at once, starting the transportation revolution. Epic visuals, great for social and other media to spread. BOOM!

First impression of FSD 14.2.1: Generally smooth, but in a 20 minute drive I had 3 occasions of what you can see in the video: indecisiveness around lanes, and resulting jerky wheel movements. Is this one of those "right after an upgrade" things that will go away? We shall see...

And here is how computers are better drivers than humans!! This happened to me a few days ago. My car with full self-driving capability onboard saw the pedestrian early, predicted its path and started a smooth braking maneuver (maximum of -0.3 G force). The driver responsible for the car from the left was probably distracted, saw the guy way too late, hit the brakes hard. This could've ended all kinds of ways... Always pay attention, people, or at least get a car that has advanced assistance systems!
