In March 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci and the former CDC director met at her home. Their plan, according to Birx: “block any of the president’s escape routes” so Trump would have no choice but to accept their flatten-the-curve measures. Two days later, the “15 Days to Slow the Spread” was announced. This wasn’t neutral science. It was a calculated effort to corner the President of the United States and force nationwide lockdowns. The American people were never told the full story.

When Justice Kagan tells President Trump’s lawyer that he is using some “obscure sources,” he cites the Framers of the US Constiutution. He told her point-blank: The framers of the 14th Amendment made it crystal clear that birthright citizenship requires full allegiance to America, not to any foreign power. President Trump was sitting in that courtroom himself because this fight is too important to leave to activist judges. Real citizenship demands real allegiance.

In 1964, the Senate Majority Leader didn’t have the votes for the Civil Rights Act. He brought it to the floor anyway. 60 days later, it passed 71-29. If he’d waited for 60 guaranteed votes, it never would have happened. The Save America Act deserves the same courage.
