COUNTER CULTURE - A DOCUMENTATION OF 25 YEARS OF WORKING CLASS MENS FASHION - 1977-2002. Special thanks to TheFarm/PeterHooton and steph jones for their participation. 653 pages featuring 70 brands and about 1000 items from our personal collection with a few bits borrowed when the owner refused to sell. Hopefully pre order next week on our website.

Just received our Fashion of Counter Culture book today written by myself and Jay Montessori,and it's an absolute beast. Overwhelming to see in the flesh after years of toiling over emails, whatsapp messages, PDFs and print outs. As you can see it's 4.35 kg ( Almost 10 lb ) For context that's nearly 5 bags of sugar or two bags of spuds 😎 It's 643 pages charting 25 years of working class men's fashion 1977 - 2002. If you can remember an item or brand from that era...it's probably in there. 70 brands and almost 1000 items from our own personal vintage collection. This is the prototype which will be going into production after the weekend.

Two hours before Kick off last night, Boca v Palmeiras, we was right in the middle of the ultras here and soon attracted attention ( there was 10 of us) I think basically we was standing in a spot where lads stand week in week out. we was asked to leave and headed to the back where there was a number of scraps going on and a crush. It was moody but fascinating in equal measures. I'm 57 and didn't really see anyone on that terrace my age which also drew attention. Boca / River on Sunday...I think i'll go in the seats for that one

Boot boys would 'collect' scarves from visiting fans back then as a badge of honour. Our kid who was a 12 year old skin back then told me the tangerine Blackpool scarf was a well sought after item.
