On Nov. 6, a thunderous boom rang out in Puerto López, Colombia. Seconds later, smoke rose from the sea. A resident filmed the scene, looking across the Gulf of Venezuela, unwittingly capturing the only independent footage of a U.S. strike aftermath known to date.

A video discovered on the cellphone of a Palestinian medic — recovered from a mass grave with 14 other aid workers — shows Israeli troops fired for over 5 minutes at clearly marked ambulances that had their emergency lights on. This clearly refutes Israel's claims.
