Way back in 2024, in a hospital room in Arizona, this moment happened. Miles away from where you live. Years before today. Somehow… it made its way to you. A six year old boy standing next to his two year old sister who has leukemia. She needs a bone marrow donor. The tests come back. He’s a perfect match. He looks at her and says, “Josie, I’m going to save you.” THIS moment has been moving through this world for years. Today, it landed in front of you… Maybe you’re seeing it right now because your soul needed it. In a world that can feel dark, this is light. If a six year old can step forward like that, what could you do today? Choose to love. Choose to help. #HelpMore

I went into AMC Theater. Not to watch a movie. Just popcorn to go. That's it. So now I need to know... Do people do this? Is this odd? Or have I just finally joined a crowd that's been doing this for years and nobody told me? Movie theater popcorn without sitting through a movie feels like a pretty good life decision. 😄

I posted this video back at the end of September. My LAST DAY as a state employee with the Kansas Highway Patrol. What an exciting and meaningful career. 26 years of service, stories, and memories I will carry forever. The next day started a brand new chapter, and I can't wait to see where it leads. #HelpMore #LESM

A Blizzard… and Not the Dairy Queen Kind ❄️🍦 The forecast says it’s going to get icy and snowy across Kansas and the Midwest this weekend—not a full-on blizzard, but enough to remind us that winter is here. To get my mind right, I swung through Dairy Queen and grabbed a Blizzard. (Because what better way to prepare for cold weather than holding one in your hand, right?) In the video, I highlight some of the items I keep in my patrol car to stay ready for winter weather. Not all of them, though—I didn’t want to make this a 20-minute video. What about you? Just got home and signing off from today’s shift. Tonight’s K-State Football game was such a great experience, and I want to take a moment to recognize a group… That group is The Pride of Wildcat Land! I had the best seat to watch your halftime performance, and it truly blew me away. Watching you all smile, enjoy the moment, and bring so much energy to the game was incredible. Your hard work and passion don’t go unnoticed—thank you for making the night even more special! #Respect
