🚨 Brahmaputra Mail (15657) ke 1st AC coach se serious security concern. Unauthorized passengers reportedly freely moving around inside the 1st AC coach, while their presence is also affecting access to basic facilities, including the bathrooms. Passengers paying a premium fare expect proper security, privacy and unrestricted access to the facilities. Paid for 2AC comfort... ended up fighting for our own seats. Traveling in Himgiri Express from Howrah to Ambala, the journey was smooth until Patna. Soon, unauthorized passengers entered the reserved 2AC coach, leaving genuine ticket holders struggling for space. Complaints were raised through #RailMadad and 139. RPF finally intervened at Ara station and took action. The question is simple: Why should passengers pay extra for 2AC if reserved coaches aren't actually reserved? Ministry of Railways
