In Kenya once again, these are the new classrooms that were able to be built with the fundraiser we did. One of the photos was the construction that, happened earlier this year. The video I'm now in front of those class rooms. This morning a got to get a picture with the kids. ⬇️

Every $1K raised DURING the workout streams will increase the difficulty of the workout! $1K - Add a 25 pound plate to pushups $2K - Add a 50 Pound Kettle Bell to Squats $3K - Do 10 burpees every .25 miles on the run Our goal is to complete that workout in 45 minutes, your goal is to stop us.
