When Karen Read gets deposed for the wrongful death lawsuit brought upon her by the victim’s family, it will be interesting to see which “door” she says John entered. So many options. FACT: Karen Read never said she saw John enter the house until after she was arrested for Manslaughter. She never even asked one person who she knew was in that house ‘what happened’ that night and why John was on the lawn where she left him.

Conspiracies sell. It's algorithm-boosted, and many content creators have jumped on the bandwagon of marketing speculations as facts. The more dramatic the headline, the more clicks, and the more growth. When speculation replaces evidence, families are forced to grieve twice -- Once for their loved one, and again for the story being written about them.

When you get behind the wheel of a vehicle and choose to drive at a high speed in a low speed area (with parallel parking and residential homes along the road) you are doing so with the cognitive awareness that it could severely injure someone ending in death. Period.

If you listen to the end of this clip you will hear Prosecutor Brennan ask, “I’m bad?” A source has informed me that defendant Karen Read directed a statement at Brennan heard by people in the Gallery… “You are so bad.” An immediate side bar was called. Lawyer Melanie Little consistently shows why trusting defense attorney entertainers to be your objective guide and source of legal knowledge regarding cases is not a good idea. I’ve lost trust in the intentions of many online attorneys. It’s disturbing how many are using their “law degree” to push their own bias as some sort of authority on truth. Some of which, have connections to the defense team in the courts they are reporting on. 😐 Careful with who you trust to guide you through documents.

Remember when the defense team allegedly lied to their own expert witness, Dr. Frank Sheridan? As well as left out vital pieces of information? I actually felt very bad for this gentleman who flew across the country only to discover in front of the entire courtroom that #KarenRead’s attorneys misled him. I would not be surprised if he forgoes returning back for trial 2. We shall see.

I’m curious if Justice Served cares to understand why Jen McCabe was not so “likable” to them on the stand? The defense team who was questioning her on the stand are also the same people who aligned themselves with the vile blogger that tormented their family, as well as the victim’s family. The defense team applauded, patted under the ass, leaked curated information to, as well as had communications with the man that showed up at Jen’s child’s sports game to scream KILLER. She received death threats. She was smeared. Her family was terrified, and her kids have dealt with the mental health consequences of adult bullying. Jen received a photo of her child with semen on it. There are parties where the mob carries around a blow up a doll mocking her, as well as the victim’s own brother. But sure, continue to degrade her in public . She was not backed into a corner. She was exhausted by a manipulative and dirty defense attorney.
