3/27/25 had a scorching Sugaree to end the first seat. John Mayer loves Sugaree, and always brings out the guitar heroics. Never truly appreciated the rockstar he is before these shows. I’ve a number of good clips of this Sugaree, mine and others, but this one is great.

This was Dead & Co’s innovation. You might see 12 shows and see Egypt portal 7 times. And you might get Music Never Stopped 4 times. But you would have to see a TON of shows to see Music Never Stopped with Egypt portal repeated. Song + visual equals a LOT of combinations.

Continuing my look back at 8/8/24, my favorite Sphere show. After knocking everyone out with that killer first set, the boys returned with another surprise: the rare Phil Lesh song sung by Bobby. Passenger was delightful, and listen to how strong Weir’s voice was!
