A cinematic AI shot shouldn’t just look good for one moment. It should still make sense when the camera moves, the character crosses the space, or the scene continues. That’s why I’m interested in workflows that establish the world before generating the footage. GPT-6 Astra maps the environment and defines camera + character movement through the Viewport. The part of the Astra + CapCut PC workflow I keep coming back to is customization. Instead of choosing between a library of existing LUTs, I can literally describe the color I want: “Dark cinematic shadows, muted highlights, warm skin tones.” Astra → custom .cube → CapCut PC. Then I can see the result on my actual footage and keep adjusting it in the editor. If it’s still not right, I can prompt Astra again and bring in a new version. The same workflow works with .srt files: Astra can generate customized animated subtitle effects, while CapCut PC lets me put the subtitles on the timeline, separate them into tracks, and refine every detail. I’ve been testing Hy4 preview in WorkBuddy, and the most interesting part is not simply the model size, it’s how much practical work it can handle with a relatively focused active parameter count. Hy4 preview brings together stronger code understanding, generation, and editing; improved document and information processing; workflow automation; web and game development; cross-tool collaboration; and more reliable completion of complex, multi-step tasks. That combination of capability, speed, context, and active compute is what makes its cost-effectiveness worth examining. A fair evaluation should use the same prompt and environment configuration across models, changing only the model itself. That makes it easier to assess task completion, planning quality, tool-calling stability, reasoning speed, token efficiency, and performance over longer workflows without confusing the result with different settings. The AI video workflow I want is pretty simple: Don’t make me leave the project every time I need to fix something. Seedance 2.5 is already available on CapCut, and Seedance 2.5 1080p is now live. Made this MV with MiniMax H3 in MiniMax Design. I was mainly testing how far I could push the visual style, and the results turned out way better than I expected. The nice part is that the Agent helps connect the whole process from the initial idea to the final visuals.

I realized we weren't waiting on clients. We were waiting on approvals. I run a digital marketing agency, and before every campaign launch the same thing happened. AI characters are starting to feel much more realistic. One of the biggest challenges in AI video has always been making characters move naturally, from body language to facial expressions and small details.
