Respected Hon'ble Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi , As per orders of the Honorable High Court the recent proceedings regarding final hearing ,it has been rescheduled 3 times due to the absence of the advocates. Despite numerous letters from Deptt. of Water Resources to Advocate General's office, the AG is not appearing and other govt advocates are not defending, standing like a doll in the courtroom. Even when they speak, they request more time to prepare, prolonging the matter since 2022. It's now 2024. How many years do advocates need to prepare for a case ? The final hearing is scheduled for 08.08.2024(tomorrow) at 2PM.
