undead chronicles focuses on firearms, slow zombies, dark, depressive gameplay. purely single player. a linear old school corridor shooter. or, as someone put it, a walking simulator with a nice shooting feeling and slow zombies. -thank you for all the valuable feedback on undead chronicles. -we love this community. we read everything (i really wanna answer every single comment but it's very difficult :') ), we listen to everything. not every comment changes the game. some truly did. -our goal has not moved: create something that has not been done before. and day by day we push it more gritty, more dark, more serious. a depressive single player slow undead shooter. we know this is not easy to balance but we will try our best. -the gunplay is where you can see it first. more punch in the weapons, but RJ Edwards is a banker, not a soldier. we reviewed real gun footage and rebuilt our recoil and animations around that truth. old vs new below. -exactly 6 months since announcement. thank you for your amazing support. we are not a company, we are a small team trying to make our dream game come true.

Our protagonist is voiced by a super talented British actor 🇬🇧 and we have actors in Turkish 🇹🇷, Greek 🇬🇷 and French 🇫🇷 for the radio announcements and background voices. We believe in quality and personal effort over quantity.

in our game: zombies don't run zombies don't mutate no crosshair unless you ADS no waypoints, no red eyes, no hand-holding one bite = death just a honest zombie game where shooting zombies is fun also - we got a lot of feedback that the hand didn't look great. we listened. brought in the incredibly talented Baran Yilmaz (3D character artist) and he delivered something that honestly looks AAA. proper upgrade. welcome to Undead Chronicles

you love zombie games but sometimes thought, what if: ✅zombies were slow and ''realistic'' ✅there were no mutants ✅weapons were realistic ✅you could ADS ✅there was no HUD ✅no yellow paint on everything ✅no main character joking every 30 seconds we are building that game. undead chronicles ps: no disrespect to any other title. we play and love those games too. this is just something we always wanted to make.

皆さん、こんにちは。🇯🇵 まずここで発表します。Undead Chroniclesはローンチ時に日本語インターフェースを実装します。現在、日本語ローカライズの専門家と話し合いを進めています。 僕はUndead Chroniclesのファウンダー、セイフェッティンです。ゾンビが遅くて鈍い、FPSホラーシューターを作っています。 Undead Chroniclesをウィッシュリストに追加してくれた皆さんに心から感謝したいと思います。Steamで70,000件のウィッシュリストを達成した中で、日本はアメリカに次いで第2位の国です。本当にありがとうございます。 なぜこのゲームを作っているのか？僕は父親が経営するネットカフェで育ち、バイオハザードをたくさんプレイしました。FPS方面ではL4D、Half Lifeなど多くのゲームをプレイしてきました。ずっと頭の中で引っかかっていた疑問がありました。「遅いゾンビ、ホラー、シリアスな雰囲気、でもADSありのFPS形式のゲームがあったらどうなるだろう？」と。 そこでこのゲームを作ることにしました。僕はこのプロジェクトの設計者ですが、ソロ開発ではありません。ビジョンを信じてくれるフリーランサーやボランティアと一緒に取り組んでいます。ただ、このプロジェクトには投資家がいません。すべて自分のポケットから出しています。 僕について少し。アムステルダム在住のゲーム開発者で、PlayStation、Electronic Arts、2K GamesでQAとして働いた後、ゲームデザインと開発に深く入り込みました。好きなゲームはBloodborne、バイオハザード2、The Last of Us。ダークでシリアスな作品が大好きです。三上真司さんの大ファンです。好きなコミックはThe Walking Dead、マンガは花沢健吾先生の『アイアムアヒーロー』。アンデッド系が大好きで、Undead Chroniclesを皮切りに、これからもゾンビゲームを作り続けていくつもりです。 どうすれば応援できますか？ 現在、クラウドファンディング、アーリーアクセス、グッズ販売などは行っていません。このツイートにいいねをして、コメントして、リツイートして、そしてSteamでウィッシュリストに追加してもらえると、本当に助かります。（リンクはプロフィールにあります） また近々お知らせします。よろしくお願いします。 セイフェッティン / Seyfhouse Games

A zombie shooter game with no jokes. No comedy.
