Each of these students comes with a family that could consist of two parents, cousins, grandparents. The new "affordable" housing in Augusta will likely house them. Augusta appears to be following the Lewiston & Portland model. They will create a permanent voting bloc, budget will skyrocket, they already provide crack pipes & heroin needles, they are in the process of installing a 'low barrier' shelter for drug addicts, and it's all going to get much worse.
