A heartwarming moment in St. Clair, MI! More than a dozen #DetroitSector #BorderPatrol Agents, including a Critical Incident Response K-9 team, joined forces with state and federal law enforcement to honor 12-year-old Benjamin Welser, a brave pre-teen in hospice care who adores all things law enforcement. CBP's Office of Field Operations, particularly their Special Intelligence and Investigations Group (SIIG), organized a multi-agency convoy bringing him gifts and memorabilia that celebrate his passion. The day was made even more special by an incredible helicopter flyover from Air & Marine Operations. Benjamin, whose courage inspires us all despite the challenges he faces, was overwhelmed by the love and support from the community.
