Most golfers only know one or two of their options when they decide their ball is unplayable in a bunker. There are actually four! 1. Stroke and Distance (+1 stroke) 2. Lateral Relief (+1 stroke) 3. Back-on-the-Line (+1 stroke) 4. Out of the Bunker (+2 strokes)

This may be the luckiest *bad* shot in all of golf! If you put a ball in play and it somehow ends up back in the teeing area - maybe it ricochets off a tree or you hit a topper - you can tee it up again for your second with no penalty.
