We ask you wumaos why there hasn't been documentation of a single Eid prayer coming out of East Turkistan in a decade. Why men don't have beards or wear Uyghur thobes or why women don't observe the Hijab. We ask why there is no Jumu'ah and why Masajid are mostly empty, heavily restricted, or closed down. Why there is no adhan. It seems your answer to all this is that between 2014-2017, all Uyghurs magically decided to abandon practices and traditions observed for centuries and became entirely secular, purely by choice. That there was no Strike Hard Campaign, no restrictions on standard Islamic practice, no arbitrary mass-detention of Uyghurs, no mandatory boarding school initiatives stripping Uyghur kids from their parents. To that, you say it's all "Adrian Zenz propaganda", even though Uyghur refugees, the UN, and international human rights orgs have all reported on this. The fact is, you were pushing the ahistorical "Uyghurs have always loved Chinese rule" line well-before you went on your propaganda tour to occupied East Turkistan. You went there to document whatever was convenient for you. You were not allowed to speak with the detainees in the internment camps, but even if you were allowed, and saw the abuses firsthand, you would choose not to report on them because you are not an independent journalist. You went to my homeland with the express intent to coverup the human rights abuses of Uyghurs. There have been independent travelers who have gone to occupied East Turkistan. While they are unable to confirm everything or interview detainees due to China's strict control over what they can see, they have documented some of the restrictions that have been reported by Uyghurs. Perhaps they are a little more observant than you. Perhaps they didn't have an agenda. Maybe both:

I am urging you to watch this video to see how the CCP will never leave Uyghurs alone, even outside of East Turkistan. This is at a Pro-Palestine rally in Türkiye. Chinese spies are there documenting the behavior of Uyghur attendees and sending out information about them.
