These building capsules from China are already being purchased and installed in Nigeria and apparently they cost about $10k per unit; Could this be a great step towards solving the problem of affordable housing in Nigeria?

The Silhouette house uses a strategic positioning of breeze blocks + indoor pool at a central circulation point (the stairs) to facilitate the movement of natural air within the building, making it more energy efficient 🍃

Instead of those HDF panels that are becoming a trend, why can’t we do designs &amp; patterns like this for our interior spaces?

Dear Nigerians, instead of paying such amounts for unattractive white boxes, why not pay an Architect (like me) to do something custom like this for you and get good value for your money?

You can almost feel the air flow through the building, irrespective of its minimal building mass

This modern home in Brazil is the type of Architecture we should adapt as modern in Nigeria, not those white boxes..

Saw this video of Kunle Afolayan’s private residence on TikTok. This is called tropical style of Architecture and it is how we should build our houses in tropical climates like we have here in Nigeria and other countries along the equator..

This floor in method known as kaavi flooring is great for thermal efficiency and lasts longer than tiles and marble. Why aren’t they mainstream?

They’re cooking in Ghana🇬🇭: this is an off-shore coastal development built like a community cluster. The pathways are paved with natural stones and lush greenery and the design of the building makes it energy efficient..
