These building capsules from China are already being purchased and installed in Nigeria and apparently they cost about $10k per unit; Could this be a great step towards solving the problem of affordable housing in Nigeria?

I went to Ikoyi this morning, and saw these high rise buildings that have been abandoned for some reason. In a state like Lagos with a huge housing deficit, why do we have so many abandoned buildings that should be otherwise occupied?

The Silhouette house uses a strategic positioning of breeze blocks + indoor pool at a central circulation point (the stairs) to facilitate the movement of natural air within the building, making it more energy efficient 🍃

The flood in Lagos today was so bad, the road before 3MB along Iyana-Oworo was flooded. I’ve never seen it this bad before;

Instead of those HDF panels that are becoming a trend, why can’t we do designs &amp; patterns like this for our interior spaces?

Dear Nigerians, instead of paying such amounts for unattractive white boxes, why not pay an Architect (like me) to do something custom like this for you and get good value for your money?

You can almost feel the air flow through the building, irrespective of its minimal building mass
