Agaram Foundation: An emotional roller coaster was its 15th year celebration. Made me very happy but also made me to cry when children narrated the changes it brought in their life. 7000 plus poor students (seeds) from remote villages have become Drs, Engineers and lawyers also. What an amplification of lean and wise usage of own and donors money. What is easy to do is not right to do. What is right to do is not easy to do. What is Agaram doing is almost impossible to do. Not any star i know (cinema or sports) invest so much time, energy or money for true downtrodden. Appreciations, admirations and Congratulations to Suriya Sivakumar Karthi #SivaKumar family. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I was born in 1959. I am seeing every 5 yrs a worrying shift in parenting to pampering. This video is in Tamil. Regarding #KarurStampedeTragedy when courts, police, politicians and public are searching for reasons for this tragic loss of innocent lives this video is an eye opener. Heard it many times. My advise to parents is : “parent ! Do not pamper”. If children are your assets exercise some control if not full control to put them in track. Expecting abuse by retarded brains I have limited the rights to respond. Sorry about it. Just read and discuss with your spouse. Digest the bitter truth.

But all without a mentor, how did I learn them?👇🏻 Focus, start from zero, be disciplined, learn, grow and enjoy! #Consistency is key for #leadership. #Focus

There only 2 kinds. 1. Living Happy. 2. Did not manage time well. Please prioritize: 1. Learn 2. Earn 3. Save 4. Invest Then keep repeating. 😂 Did BSc in 1978. Started earning. Supported family. Did MSc in 1989. Because my wife supported me. Did PhD in 1995. Because I could afford. Those who stopped learning became fossils. Prioritize or Perish. #Focus.
