While travelling on a train, always ensure that you interact not more than required with IRCTC employees, they are rogue elements in disguise of servers. Do not ask for bills, especially when you are traveling with your family, that would risk your family's security. Don't register complaints on the Rail Madad app, they reveal your identity, your coach and berth numbers to the IRCTC servers inside the train, thereby risking your safety. Carry enough food and water so that you don't have to rely on the pantry staff. Order food from apps whenever required.
