Back in 2021/22 when $AMC was worth several 100s of $$$ (rs adj), Adam Aron created bold expectations on its future, making millions bet their life savings on #AMC. In this interview he expresses his indebtedness to shareholders. It seems now he’s about to fulfill his promises.

I just bought 12x as many $AMC shares as #AMC retail holders on average need to own in order for retail to own the float. My purchase price was $1.37. I simply think box office numbers combined with management statements promise a bright future. #AMCNOTLEAVING

In Nov 21 Adam Aron sold 625k $AMC shares at ~$400 (rs/c-adj). He was well aware of his indebtedness to #AMC apes. No doubt he already then had secured a way to make investors buying / HODLing #AMC more than good in due time. His legacy is important to him.
