The thing I want to point out here is that Dino knows how to read the room well. Tomoya must have been feeling nervous after mistakenly dancing Maestro, so he couldn’t follow along well to Super. Dino immediately noticed this, and to save his hoobae from awkwardness or embarrassment, he instantly switched the dance to Hit instead, fully knowing that NEXZ did a cover with TWS, SEVENTEEN’s own brother group. SEVENTEEN has always taken care of their juniors well, and Dino demonstrated that all over again with Tomoya 🥹

I remember how S.Coups broke down in tears at a concert once, because he’s keenly aware of how Kpop fans are shamed and discriminated against. He openly accepted the responsibility of changing that perception by starting with them—SEVENTEEN—as the idols. Because if people see them as worthy enough to admire, then their fans wouldn’t be looked down on anymore. His goal is for SEVENTEEN to be the kind of idol CARATs would be proud of. The way all the fandoms acknowledged the difficulty level 🥲 It was really strict too, you get marked wrong if you miss the beat, if you chant out of turn, or if even one of you gets it wrong when you chant together.
