Citadel CEO - Ken Griffin just explained why power is the moat in the AI race. "Build the corresponding power generation... then build that damn data center in America." Still wondering why Citadel wanted Leopold's NeoCloud portfolio? 👀 $IREN has been executing this strategy for years. • 🇺🇸 Building AI infrastructure in America (Texas) • ⚡ ~6GW of secured power • 🔌 Grid-connected sites with critical infrastructure already in place

Tom Lee on CNBC says we've seen this movie before. He compares today's AI skepticism to 1994–95, when investors questioned whether Cisco and the internet buildout were sustainable. If he's right, companies building the AI infrastructure $IREN, $NBIS, and $CIFR may still be in the early innings. His view? • AI remains in very good shape. • Hyperscaler AI spending is unlikely to slow. • Recent consolidation is more about market positioning than a broken AI thesis. History doesn't repeat, but it often rhymes.

AMD CEO Lisa Su: “Our data center business is accelerating and growing well over 100% as we go into 2027.” 👀 $IREN at $300 by 2027 isn’t as crazy as it sounds. The market is currently valuing $IREN at roughly 3× its ~$4B ARR target. If AI infrastructure demand keeps compounding and GPU rental rates remain strong, $10B+ ARR by 2027 doesn’t look unrealistic. In a bull-case scenario, if higher GPU pricing and increasing power scarcity push that to $15–20B ARR, then applying a 6× ARR multiple implies a ~$120B valuation. That’s roughly a 10× increase from today’s market cap, or approximately $250–300 per share, depending on the fully diluted share count. The question isn’t whether AI demand is coming. It’s whether the market is still underestimating the companies building the infrastructure.

$IREN Who do you listen to, Wall Street or Tech CEOs? Morgan Stanley’s Andrew Slimmon made it clear: “You have all the smartest guys in technology land. They’re saying the demand for compute is way ahead of supply and we’re going to invest to take advantage of that. So, who do you bet on?” Tech leaders are doubling down on AI capex because demand is exploding. FYI Morgan Stanley has approx $180M exposure on $IREN
