The Black Hole of America. The Immigration queue at John F. Kennedy Airport yesterday. It took passengers nearly five hours to clear Immigration. Not enough counters open. Basically they don’t care.If you land at the wrong time it can be the worst airport in the world

The new Air India 350 on the Del to Bom route. A distinct improvement on the 320 though some may find it a little boxy or claustrophobic. TG has a more open configuration on the same aircraft. I like it & the cabin crew is outstanding
