Lakkavaram Village, Rajolu Constituency, AP. In the middle of irrigation canals — right opposite the church- constructions by other faiths are happening unchecked. Buildings on canal bunds & river embankments, yet the system is sleeping. Panchayat permission given? Irrigation engineers missing in action? Or did the MLA give a green signal to grab the canals?
