The examination established that Moses Munene sustained a gunshot wound to the left side of his head. The bullet exited through the back of his head, causing a fracture to his skull. Mike Lewis Macharia sustained a gunshot wound to the right thigh, fracturing his femur. The bullet subsequently passed through the left thigh and exited through the backside.$

The mother of Eric Muiruri, 21 years, is overcome with emotion at the City Mortuary after her son was allegedly killed by police officers identified as “Stevo” and “Deno” from Githurai 44 Police Station in Kimbo. It is alleged that the 21-year-old had a disagreement and confrontation with his manager, who later called the police officers. Our petition is clear: The Speakers of our two Houses of Parliament must remain neutral and cannot engage in active politics while in office. We are entering the courts to protect the Constitution and demand absolute accountability.
