#Manipur: Who are Anti Nationals? 1/8 The Meitei community's relationship with India has been marked by a lingering sense of detachment.Despite seven decades having passed since the signing of the merger agreement,they have not demonstrated a strong sense of loyalty to the nation. This is evident in their reluctance to accept the Indian Constitution,flag,and national identity,unlike the over 600 princely states that have shown unwavering allegiance to a unified India.
