Disco Inferno Caught Sharing Fake Screenshot of Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com Then Tries to Lie About It. On a recent episode of Keeping It 100, Glenn Gilbertti tried to laugh off his role in spreading a blatantly fake screenshot targeting Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, but no one’s buying it. Disco posted an image making it look like Sapp had replied to his own tweet from a burner account, the same exact type of lie that had already made the rounds earlier this year in a separate smear campaign. That previous situation was exposed as a hoax by keem 2 Bodies, who revealed it was pushed by someone using multiple accounts to fabricate a false narrative about Sapp having multiple fake identities online. Disco wasn’t involved in that original smear, but here he is now, boosting the same kind of disinformation all over again. And when confronted? He tried to act like it was no big deal. Claimed it came from a parody account. Said he just thought it was funny. Funny thing is… he didn’t say any of that until after keem 2 Bodies had to step in again and publicly point out that the screenshot was fake. Disco didn’t recognize it was a parody. He didn’t post it “as a joke.” He got caught spreading lies for engagement and got embarrassed then scrambled for cover. There’s a difference between trolling and straight-up lying. And when you’re sharing fake images to a large audience without doing even the bare minimum of fact-checking, you’re not “keeping it 100” you’re just keeping it desperate.
