This is todays catastrophic flooding in Hubei, China, and climate change deniers are still opening their mouths. The evidence is in front of us, yet some still choose to ignore it. It makes me sick. Every climate denier, every oil-bought politician, every “it’s just natural cycles” clown who spent years obstructing action has blood on their hands. These floods, the wildfires, the heatwaves, the droughts, that starve people to death - this is what deliberate obstruction looks like. Your denial didn’t just slow things down. It made the body count higher. You’re not a sceptic. You’re an accomplice. You contributed to this. Own it or shut the fuck up.

Three in the back seats survived, but the front passenger didn’t. More information about Punch, the baby monkey at Ichikawa Zoo in Japan. He was abandoned by his mother shortly after birth and has been hand‑raised by zookeepers. They gave him a plush orangutan toy, which he carries everywhere, hugging it while he sleeps, using it for comfort when he feels nervous, and even taking it with him as he interacts with the other monkeys. In mid‑January, Punch was successfully introduced to a group of other macaques at the zoo, though he still stays close to his cuddly companion as he adjusts.

😱 Terrifying video showing someone's home during the M7.8 earthquake that hit the Philippines last week. The family pets didn't know what to do 😭 The second video shows the pets running outside and the ground cracking there too. 📍 Glan, Sarangani, Philippines

Whoahhh! This is one of the strangest things an earthquake can do. As the M7.8 earthquake hit the Philippines last week, the ground in this video appears to move almost like liquid. 👀 (Watch until the end) This can happen because of liquefaction. It's when intense shaking causes water trapped in loose soil to build up pressure, making solid ground temporarily lose its strength and behave more like a fluid. It’s why people can struggle to stand, and why areas near water with loose, saturated soil can see the ground ripple, sink or even “flow” during powerful earthquakes. 📹 Pangabuhi sa Uma Vlog
