President Donald J. Trump announces the Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program: "All Americans will now be able to go to the and report cases of corruption and theft of taxpayer dollars in their communities... If you turn somebody in and you let's say report and find $1 billion, we are giving a commission to that person of 1%. That's a lot of money."

Vice President JD Vance on H1-B visas: "If you’re going to bring in an accountant making $45,000 a year to replace an accountant who is an American making $60,000 a year, that’s not you using the program to bring in a genius. That’s you destroying American jobs and defrauding the American people... my view is the H1-B program is completely broken."

Vice President JD Vance announces the suspension of the PERM Program for Microsoft: "Thanks to an ongoing investigation, we have decided to suspend the PERM program for Microsoft, which means they will no longer be able to take those H-1Bs and apply for permanent resident status within the United States of America. Now our message to Microsoft and to any other foreign or domestic corporation is quite simple. We obviously want you to thrive in the United States of America. We want people to invest in the United States of America, particularly the American technology sector. We’re the biggest boosters of your industry. We want you to continue to grow and to employ a lot of people, but we want you to employ American workers. And so our message to Microsoft is, you’re great American company, but you’ve got to hire great American workers. You cannot lay off American workers and then replace them with foreign indentured servants."

Vice President JD Vance on immigration in the United States: “My goal here is to make it so that we can have a country with some baseline of social cohesion and sense of community… I don't think it's unreasonable for an American citizen to want to share their community with people they have something in common with, and I think our immigration system has to build that.”

Vice President JD Vance shuts down a reporter's "question": “That’s a fundamentally dishonest question. Because over 99% of the fraud that we're finding in the federal government isn’t covered by the False Claims Act. What the President is saying is he wants all fraud to be the sort of thing where if you find it, if you uncover it, you find evidence and allow us to undo the money, you should be able to benefit. Not just the very narrow slice that’s covered by the False Claims Act.”

White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia: "Since taking office, the Trump Administration has uncovered over $260 billion of fraud, stopped $72 billion of fraud annually through administrative actions, and recovered $58.9 billion through indictments, settlements, and civil monetary penalties."

Vice President JD Vance: “We have way too much fraud in the SNAP program… we find that there are people out there who decide to commit fraud against these programs. Who quite literally in this case, will steal from the mouths of hungry children in order to enrich themselves. And that cannot go on and thanks to President Trump’s leadership, we are fighting and winning the war against fraud in the SNAP program.”

Vice President JD Vance: “I also had a lot of members of my family benefit from these food benefit programs provided by federal tax dollars… to present that card, to expect to be able to take that food home to your family, to be able to cook it and provide a meal for your kids, and to be told because of the work of a fraudster, because the theft of a fraudster, that you are being rejected. And there are thousands and hundreds of thousands of families all across our country, all across the state of Ohio, who have had that experience because their benefits went to go and pay for private jets for people like Shawty Dred. It is despicable and I’m proud of this team for making it stop.”

Vice President JD Vance on alleged fraudster Shawty Dred: “This is a man that we have connected to $4.4 million in fraud against the SNAP program. A guy who is quite literally taking food from the mouths of children so that he can enrich himself… We have prosecuted this guy and prosecuted so many other fraudsters, and we’re going to keep on doing it. Because one of the most important lessons we can send is that you shouldn’t be able to, and you can’t get rich off of fraud. SNAP exists to help hungry children eat. It does not exist to provide private jets to a guy like Shawty Dred.”

President Donald J. Trump: "JD and the untouchables behind me, they've done an incredible job. They've sought out and found tremendous amounts of fraud in various states... From day one of my administration we've waged an unprecedented war on corruption and fraud, and we'll not let our country be looted and plundered by thieves and pirates and foreign fraudsters."

Vice President JD Vance: “When we catch a fraudster, they are very often by the judicial system, given a slap on the wrist and let out back into our country. That has got to stop. So John Husted and a number of other congressional Republicans, have worked with us to try to increase the mandatory minimums when we catch fraudsters. If you commit fraud against SNAP you should go to jail, and you should go to jail for a very long time.”

Vice President JD Vance on J-1 Visa fraud in Universities: "This is where some of America’s most elite universities bring in foreigners again, to undercut the wages of American residents. Now there are nine universities in particular that we believe merit an investigation. Those universities are Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Brown, the University of Pittsburgh, UC Davis, Caltech, Arizona State, and MIT."

Vice President JD Vance: “I think it’s driven home how much the war against fraud is not just about protecting taxpayer dollars, as much as that is very important to every person on this stage. It’s also about protecting important benefits… You know, nobody loves paying their taxes, but they accept it because they know it’s going for a good and a useful purpose. That’s not going to happen unless we take fraud more seriously and it’s why the President’s effort to do just that is so important."
