Water is leaking through the roof at Velana International Airport. This is not what Maldivians want, nor what we deserve. We have always welcomed tourists with pride, but Dr Mohamed Muizzu’s government has embarrassed us in front of the world. Airport tax raised, tourism tax raised, where is all this money going? Muizzu’s gov has failed to deliver. The solution for this was planned and started during President Yameen’s time. Two governments came and went, but they still couldn’t complete the new terminal.
