She told them unfortunately she would have to cancel the appointment because she can’t afford that She was put on hold. Another woman came in the phone and she said, "Girl, opt out of your insurance. You don't have to use it." She was told if you don’t want to use your insurance the cash pay price would only be $480 It’s $780 cheaper to not have insurance and be paying a monthly premium US health insurance is out of control and it’s such a scam. There is no reason for a cash pay price to ever be cheaper than someone paying a monthly deductible for insurance

Starbucks shift supervisor says she has been fired from Starbucks and now she doesn’t have a scholarship anymore to pay for college because it was provided by Starbucks She says she took 4 expired cake pops from the pastry case home for her kids She says Starbucks doesn’t really donate their leftover food, it just gets thrown away and they use it as a tax deduction (I’m sure this varies by location, but her locations throws the items away) But then Starbucks investigated and she took more stuff home “They called me from loss prevention, and they asked me to pay the amount, which came out to, like, a total of $50 because: - I also took a cheese danish once. But it did not guarantee my job, 'cause they still fired me” “And what pisses me off is that these big corporations like Starbucks literally will cry over four cake pops 'cause this is a tax deduction for them.
