A man that fought against all odds. He needed the Ogun state delegates, yet he took their Governor to the cleaners. He needed the backing of a sitting President to win the party ticket and then win the subsequent General election, yet he said what he said. Not only that, he needed the north to support him (they didn't anyway), yet he was this vocal about his ambition. He said power does not belong to the north alone. While you guys were sharing "balabu, bulaba" videos, we were taking notes. We saw a president not without his flaws, but with the right amount of courage required to get things done. He took on entrenched establishments in Lagos and showed OBJ what politics really is. Who is Zulum? Where did Ndume come from? Who are the 48 Nigeria House of Representatives opposing? The tax bill and other fiscal reforms are done and dusted. Wake up and smell the coffee.
