He is a predator, notorious for bullying, blackmail, and online intimidation. For too long, he hid under the guise of “activism” to terrorize innocent people. Now, his mask has slipped. His latest victim, Hajiya Hafsatu, a respected businesswoman, refused to be cowed. When Sultan shamelessly tried to blackmail her with private material, she fought back by seeking legal protection. That bold step led to his prompt arrest and exposed his true nature for all to see. This is not activism—it is cyberbullying. Sultan turned social media into a hunting ground, preying on women and using fear as his weapon. His so-called “activism” was nothing but a cover for extortion. Real activists don’t harass women or demand money through blackmail. Sultan has dragged activism into the mud, betraying everything it stands for. Those rushing to defend him should think twice. If it were your wife, sister, or daughter he targeted, would you still call it “free speech”? The message is simple: freedom of expression ends where blackmail begins. Sarki Sultan crossed that line. Society must never defend predators in activist clothing—and the law must deal with such cases swiftly to protect future victims.
