A few weeks ago, Jimbo didn’t know what a gentle hand felt like. He was abandoned on the streets, dealing with a severe, painful wound on his neck, and just completely shut down 💔 Looking at him today, you’d never guess where he started. His neck has completely healed, his body is strong, and Jimbo is finally ready for his real beginning where he can be the center of someone's world. He’s incredibly affectionate and is a big fan of belly rubs! Some wounds heal on the outside, but the deepest ones take time to mend from within. When we found Sky abandoned on that construction site after being hit by a car, she wasn't just physically broken, she was terrified of a world that hadn't been kind to her. Her little leg is slowly growing stronger every day, but her emotional healing is the real journey. It breaks our heart to see how scared she was, but watching her slowly learn to trust, step by step, is the most beautiful thing. She’s safe now, and she will never have to face the world alone again. 🤍

But the second he realized we were there to help him, he gave us the most beautiful smile. 💔🥺 Now that he’s in our care, his healing journey begins. When Rocky first came to us, he was in rough shape. Abandoned at an old age when he needed care the most, he was severely underweight and blind. But some dogs just have an unbreakable will. Fast forward to today, and he is one of the most incredible comebacks we’ve ever seen. Rocky is healthy, back to his full weight, and thriving. He doesn't let his lack of sight slow him down for a second.🤩 He’s incredibly social, loves making new human and dog friends, and just brings so much joy wherever he goes. He’s spent months recovering with us, and now he’s officially looking for his forever home! He’s looking for the perfect, experienced home where he can live out his best years🥰❤️

When she first came to us, her back legs completely gave out. At her age, it would have been easy to assume her running days were just over. Someone dumped Rocky because he was old and blind.💔 When we found him, he was in terrible shape, it was touch-and-go for a while. We weren't sure he’d make it. But he started coming back. He learned our voices, trusted us, and followed us anyway. Now, he’s one of the friendliest dogs we’ve ever met. He can’t even see who we are, but his trust is absolute. We took him to the beach today and it was incredible to watch. His guard is completely down, and he’s just entirely in the moment. Rocky can’t see all the love right in front of him, but he can absolutely feel it. We could all learn a lot from him ❤️

4 months ago, Dolly came to us old, sick, and likely dumped. We nursed her back to health, but we honestly thought she’d be with us forever because finding a home for a senior rescue dog can feel nearly impossible. Then this lovely couple came along. Where others might have looked past her, they fell completely in love. Yesterday, Dolly said goodbye to everyone at the land and officially started her new life in Thailand with her mum and dad. Look at those faces! She knows she’s exactly where she belongs ❤️🥰

Meet Skye, one of our newest rescues. Just 4 days ago, she was found completely alone and covered in fleas on a dusty construction site. She was completely broken💔 The moment we saw her, we knew right away that something wasn't right with her leg. We later discovered that she had likely been hit by a car as a tiny puppy. With no one to help her, the injury healed all on its own, leaving her leg permanently stiff. But Skye is a fighter. Today, the real healing begins. We are taking it one day at a time, teaching her how to walk again and rebuilding the confidence she lost. She knows she is safe now. 🐾❤️

The world is a bit wobbly, but he’s not giving up🥺 Five days ago, this tiny 2 month old puppy arrived at Happy Doggo.. When he was born, his mom accidentally lay on him, causing neurological damage that left him unable to walk, balance, or even hold his head up on his own. We’ve officially named him Rocket🚀 Our team sits with him, gently helping him stand, building up his muscle memory, and catching him when he falls. We found Jimbo out on the streets in a really bad way. He is so small and just looked completely defeated.💔 When we got him closer, we saw how bad his injuries actually were, especially a nasty wound on his neck… He desperately needed help. He's got a long way to go yet, but he's safe with us now. He’s got his food, his meds, a warm bed, and he’s not on his own anymore. Plus, we’re pretty sure he has the best ears in the business.🥰

A few months ago, this sweet girl came to us with a broken body and a heartbreaking story 💔 She had been shot, and though we saved her life, the bullets left her paralyzed. But her story wasn’t over yet… we soon discovered she was pregnant. Because of her injuries, she couldn’t give birth naturally, turning this into a high-stakes, emergency race against time. Our incredible vet team worked amazingly to safely bring these puppies into the world. While we sadly lost one little soul, four beautiful, healthy miracles made it against all odds.
