some of you ask me about stuff like how do I create collar/similar stuff like that. Here is a short video for you all, I usually start with a sphere and zremesh it afterward to have clean topology to work on. Hope it is helpful to you all.

here is part 1 timelapse of how I sculpt folding. Personally I like to sculpt folding by judging with the shadow. That is why you can see that, I use a lot zsub instead on zadd at the beginning.
