It was a rough weekend for both Tennessee basketball programs, but if we're being honest, what's happening with the Lady Vols is a much bigger concern. The men are right there. The women don't *feel* close to being back in the top tier, and some of Kim Caldwell's recent comments suggest she might not yet understand certain parts of the assignment in a program like this and a market like this.
