Two years ago this week, I got invited for what I thought was just a single quick news interview after Universal finally revealed the lands coming to Epic Universe in 2025. I had no clue that one short segment would snowball into regular TV appearances - regional spots, national programs, and a whole new chapter. Last year, I reached over 5 million viewers.
