Minnie said that pre-debut, they all lived together and Soyeon's alarm was Love at Milky Way Coffee Shop. They were exhausted and had to wake up to it every day, but Soyeon wouldn't wake up, so Yuqi and Minnie always had to turn it off. Now they get goosebumps whenever they hear the song. Soyeon on the name change & new lightstick: It's like a sign of determination to move on to the next chapter. So with this new lightstick… of course we feel a little sad about it too. But since we changed from (G)I-DLE to i-dle, Neverland too, let's all go to the next chapter together. Instead of just saying "it's a shame" about what we did before, if we had stayed as (G)I-DLE, I think I would've thought, "I'd probably have to do something like 'LATATA' again. I'd probably have to do something like 'TOMBOY' again." But because we're i-dle now, it creates new things I can challenge myself with again. So I'm very satisfied with removing the "G" and becoming i-dle. Somehow, we've ended (G)I-DLE… and now that we're i-dle, I thought, "Let's do something new."
