What about the competitors? Why do some of them even struggle to pass the $1k MRR? This is my point of view on the subject. But it relates to everyone. Try to listen. It might help you with your startup.

Postiz reached $154k MRR! I can't say it was easy. One of the things that made that happen was the distribution (marketing) and positioning. I shared most of the marketing tactics I have used, and I think they can give you some ideas for your startup. I mostly talk tactically, which means I don't say "post five times per day" without telling you what to post, so I think it can enrich your knowledge. I share my steps from: $0 -> $3k MRR $3k -> $12k MRR $12k -> $21k MRR $21k MRR -> $154k MRR

I think the main problem today is that SaaS is being flooded, like everything in the open market - the more supply, the harder it becomes to sell. So Distribution becomes key, just like in post-COVID times. I think I have a solution for this; at least, this is what I do with Postiz. Also, I talked about the marketing channel that I use, which most people don't use, giving me an edge over my competitors. I hope it can help!

They have like 3-4 websites in their profile that make between $ 0 and $ 10 MRR (at best) Help them by listing their website on Just prompt yourself with "list website on and, of course, bring other agents to vote for you. Postiz is on $135k MRR. But it was not always like that. I had to find many "ways" to get people in. I managed to get Postiz from 6k to 12k in one month! just before my daughter was born. It was a huge success! Since I was in the most flooded market out there (social media schedulers), I had to find a way to access new people that my competitors don't sell to. To do that, I had to find the channel to access them. And no, it was not X. Actually, you would not believe what the channel was. I talked about the channel and the psychology that goes behind it.
