🚨 JUST IN: BlackRock CEO Larry Fink is panicking over President Trump's new plan to undermine the power of woke asset managers ⬇️ He knows the President is one stroke of a pen away from completely ripping his power base out from underneath him and he's getting desperate. His latest desperate defense is bizarrely claiming that if woke asset managers, like BlackRock, aren't allowed to vote YOUR shares, both foreigners and activists will gain outsized power. This assertion is ludicrous on its face. First and foremost, what he's saying here is that he believes that the American people are too stupid to vote their own shares. He believes the American people couldn't possibly understand the complexity of voting as well as he does, so he believes it's his job to vote for them. Second, he's saying (because, again, he believes the American people are too stupid to vote their own shares) that the President's move will give more power to people who vote...the EXACT SAME WAY BlackRock does. Larry Fink is infamously beholden to Communist China and uses his market power to push through every far-left activist agenda item under the sun. He pushes ESG, DEI, trans-indoctrination and so much more in the U.S., while quietly and obediently following the whims of Xi Jinping in China — and the left-wing activism he pushes in the US benefits China more than anyone else. So, with BlackRock voting shares, foreigners and activists already have outsized power. The truth is that the President has found the woke activist asset managers achilles heel. Larry knows it and he's doing anything he can to stop his power from being stripped from him. I hope the President proceeds, strips Larry of his power, and puts the power back into the hands of the American people. We, the American people, don't need woke petty tyrants like Larry Fink voting for us.

This is a major story about Uber that is not getting enough attention 👇 For quite some time, Uber has been well aware that they have a MASSIVE safety problem. A growing number of their drivers have been accused of (and convicted for) sexually assaulting passengers. Yet instead of actually addressing this issue and giving a damn about customer safety, they went on the offensive AGAINST VICTIMS. They actively targeted and “trashed” victims, looking to both silence them and stories about them — while simultaneously running a bunch of woke marketing bullshit claiming to care about women. One exec even said in a Slack message found during the lawsuit: “I trashed rape victims to USA Today…” Let that sink in. That’s who we’re dealing with here. Absolute scum. And now they’re being taken to court by victims, thousands of victims and they’re losing, badly — being forced to pay out millions in damages. And we’re just scratching the surface, there’s still *thousands of cases* yet to be litigated. I hope more of these verdicts keep coming. I hope more of these victims get the justice they deserve. I hope this disgusting company, that looked the other way, is fined so much it hurts. And I hope the execs who actively targeted and “trashed” victims are bankrupted. We, at Consumers' Research, have been calling them out for years 👇

It's time we talk about an org that receives ~$200 million in taxpayer dollars annually, yet has almost single-handedly caused the complete corruption of science in America and transformed it into a pseudo-religion for far-left activists. Meet The National Academies (National Academies):

BREAKING: The Department of Justice is reportedly probing one of BlackRock's primary private credit funds 👇 According to Bloomberg, over the course of last few months federal prosecutors have been scrutinizing valuation practices at a BlackRock private credit fund, TCP Capital Corp (TCPC). This comes after TCPC filed a "rare off-cycle disclosure" in January about the poor performance of the fund, which caused shares to plummet and slew of class-action lawsuits to be filed. The lawsuits claimed TCPC made "materially false" statements and didn't properly value its loans. TCPC provided funding to a wide-ranging number of industries and it appears many of those loans have started to go bad or have been marked down drastically. If those loans have started to sour, just imagine how bad Larry's green investments look? In 2021, he, now infamously, said he thinks the majority of the next greatest investments would be in new green technologies, facilitating his desired green transition. With many of those companies struggling or going under, the question isn't *if* BlackRock will be hurt by Larry's poor judgement and political advocacy, but *how bad* will they be hurt?

For those keeping score, JPMorgan & CEO Jamie Dimon have been one of the driving forces behind debanking (even debanking the President & his family) *and* have been propping up a group funding hate groups... Yet Dimon wants Trump to believe he's an ally and deserves favors from the admin?

Next, let's talk about Cleveland Clinic's openly discriminatory approach to "care" and how they inject DEI into "everything" that they do. In 2024, they were sued by a law group for prioritizing certain patients over others based on skin color. The lawsuit alleged they knowingly and willingly violated federal anti-discrimination laws in the process of doing so. They declare racism to be a “public health crisis” and established an Executive Diversity, Inclusion And Racial Equity Council “to examine and promote policies to eliminate racism, bias, and health disparities.” They've also engaged in deliberate race-based hiring discrimination by specifically committing to “train, hire and promote one million Black Americans into family-sustaining jobs with opportunities for advancement” without offering a similar opportunity for job-seekers of other backgrounds. In 2023, Jacqueline A. Robertson, Chief of Diversity and Inclusion at Cleveland Clinic, stated, "I don't believe that diversity and inclusion should ever be a standalone strategy. It has to be embedded in everything that we do. And so that's our processes, that's our metrics.”
